It's our policy not to reproduce or distribute copyrighted works outside the Army without the explicit permission of the copyright owner.

In instances where permission is granted, attribution to the source is a fundamental practice. We actively reinforce this policy through public affairs channels, ensuring widespread understanding and adherence throughout the Army.

Safeguarding copyrighted material from accidental unauthorized release is a priority, managed by the Office of the Judge Advocate General under Army Regulation 27-60, Intellectual Property. Remember, Army Regulation 25-1 prohibits the posting of copyrighted documents on Army websites without proper authorization.
